HOW WE WORK
We design, handcraft and install beautifully stylish kitchens and have a reputation for originality in design, exceptional craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We pride ourselves in offering a bespoke service where every kitchen detail is individually crafted to your exact specifications.
Consultation
The first step to creating a truly unique kitchen is through conversation.
One of our expert designers will meet with you either at our showroom or in your home to discuss your project. Together we will create a design brief for your project, covering topics such as your proposed building work, lifestyle, function, style, timescale and budget.
We always listen closely to your needs so we can design a solution that is practical and that complements your lifestyle and taste. We can either work from the architect's plans or make our own site survey.
the design
Once we have established your brief, our designers get to work creating a draft proposal of floor plans and elevations, along with an initial estimate for the project.
This is normally produced within 7 working days of your initial consultation. We then meet again in the showroom to discuss the design and costs in more detail. This gives you the opportunity to see the finer details of our design proposals from our showroom displays and extensive sample collection. Once the design and costs have been agreed in principle we will ask you to pay us a commissioning deposit. This will allow us to progress the relevant service drawings, along with securing a production slot in our workshop.
the JOINERY
Our team of joiners are experts at what they do. To achieve the highest quality finish we use traditional cabinet crafting techniques that have been honed and refined over many years.

We believe that to create a long lasting kitchen it has to begin with the materials. As solid wood is the main source of material for all of our bespoke kitchens, we are careful to ensure its quality and environmental sustainability. This ensures your kitchen not only looks beautiful but functions perfectly for many many years to come.
Installation
We understand that undertaking any kind of refurbishment in your home can be a stressful experience. Over the years we have project managed many installations with the minimum of disruption.
Our expert installers have many years’ experience fitting luxury kitchens. We will plan and oversee the entire process - our project manager will liaise with you consistently to ensure everything is running on time, on budget and according to plan.
Once the project is complete, we will meet with you on site to review the finished kitchen and ensure you are entirely happy.
