Since the second Charter Walk Kitchen Living showroom as opened in Haslemere only two years ago we have regularly been involved in community events  These have included the Christmas Fair, Haslemere Hog, Haslemere Hare and numerous others.

Grayswood Primary School

This time Charter Walk Kitchen Living Managing Director Ben Gane served up a treat for the staff at Grayswood Primary School.  Ben presented the school with a new kitchen for the staff room, after seeing that the facilities were in serious need of a makeover.

Ben not only donated the new kitchen to replace the rather dilapidated one staff were using but also carried out the work free of charge. He oversaw the project and organised extra electrical and plumbing work to ensure that the new kitchen had the luxury of a dishwasher, a built-in microwave, integrated bins and a boiling hot water tap.

The new school kitchen facility was in place just in time to welcome Grayswood Primary School’s new executive headteacher, Ruth Worswick, who joined at the start of this term.

Ms Worswick said: “We are all extremely grateful to Charter Walk for this wonderful addition to the school.”
